I visited this spa at 9:30 PM; their posted closing time is 11 pm. Upon arrival, the receptionist insisted I pay before the service because it was “late.” I’ve never been required to prepay for a massage before, but I paid without issue. I was then asked to tip in advance, which I declined. I also noticed that other white customers were not asked to prepay. I had the best massage ever at Renew new York while here for NYFW!! Definitely recommend just stopping in and they can take you whenever! 10/10!!
