Practice does not take Virginia Medicaid and out of pocket visits are $431. I have dealt with most of the staff before and they are great, I credit them with saving my foot but care is only as good as availability and now I'm looking at losing it. I understand they have a business to run but care shouldn't stop when insurance quits working but sadly that is the state of affairs we find ourselves in. These people are definitely here to help. I had a major hospital in Winston to tell me there was nothing else they could do for me. A good friend told me about Renew Wound Care and they immediately went to work on me. They have helped me so much. Also they are the nicest people you could ever ask for. Our daughter has been treated with the most professional care with her lymphedema. We feel she is in great hands.
