ReNew Solar is top-notch! When they say they offer a time warranty on their craftsmanship, they mean it! My system had an over-the-air update that had a bug in it (nothing to do with ReNew Solar), and my system shut down randomly at midnight. They rushed out here and worked on the system to get it up and running at 1 am. Within 30 mins, I had my power back, and the system was running. They did all this without hesitation, nor did I get an invoice for payment... Hands down, it's a great company!
This is the second time I have purchased a solar system. Wow, what a pleasure to work with the Renew Solar Solutions team! The owners, engineers and installers were all very professional and knowledgeable. The final project is very well done and working great! I cannot say enough positive about the company and team, they are the best!
Installed my Renew Solar system as an off grid project. From the owner down, the team is very professional. I had a few construction delays on my end that disrupted their normal work flow, but they were very patient with me. Special shout out to Ryan! Great job getting me dialed in during commissioning. Highly recommended!
