Does anyone at this company return any messages or answer the phone? Worse customer service I've ever experienced. I am simply trying to make an appointment, but nobody answers the phone or returns a message. I am going to leave a message every day if I have to.
Renew Sleep Solutions is one of the worst organizations I have ever seen. For something as serious as sleep apnea, customers watch a video of a "doctor" located in Minnesota. The headquarters and the Wilmette location do not communicate. I received several emails and phone calls from the headquarters trying to sell me the oral device, but they never realized that I already received the device and was using it for months. If I could give zero stars i would. First off, you get hounded by corporate center to schedule an appt when you only inquire about simple info. Then you get to the office and are given misleading information and then deal with very pushy people at the office. Making it seem your there for an appt but they are trying to push their appliance at you. I can get the very same appliance from my local dentist and not pay a fortune.
