I used their services to test and treat mold in my Seattle basement. Outstanding service. I waited 5 years to post this review to say the basement is still mold free and smells just as fresh. Edit to add that my home was built in 1911. Professional service at fair prices!

We received a recommendation from Madrona Home Services to use David Saggio with TotallySafe Air for the work to remove the mold in our attic and they were fantastic to work with! David and his crew were approachable, quick to answer questions, provided great detail and photos to make sure everything was clear, explained every step of the process, were incredibly clean after the work was done, and did very thorough, excellent work to make sure our home was safe and healthy. This company is amazing! They are prompt, responsive, great communicators, professional, thorough, and have fair pricing. We bought an 90 year old house and were referred to Renew Restoration for vent and duct cleaning. We needed to test for asbestos first which they did promptly. Thankfully the test was negative and they super cleaned and deoderized all the vents and ducts in our beautiful old house. Next we are having them come for organic pest control.

As a first-time home owner, it felt intimidating for the inspector to find mold + rodents in the attic + crawl space in the house we wanted. As you know, estimates for mold work can vary very widely.
