Excellent Massage – Initially I had reservations because I don't generally trust these places. Most of the time I get massages at hotels in Las Vegas, but I literally had to go because of pain in my neck and back. I had a male masseuse, who was clearly educated and skilled in giving a massage. Great spa experience! – Great friendly service. Whenever I get manicures or pedicures there they last forever, much longer than anywhere else I've gone.The facials are very good too! They are a tad painful... but as they say... no pain, no gain. My pores are clean and happy when I leave . They definitely use quality products. I want to marry the massage therapist there. They really work on your knots. Love this place... an east village gem.
very friendly – very quick, friendly, and professional service is provided. always busy but walk-in is always accepted and available. very considerate of their customers.
good facial, terrible massage. – while the facial was great, there were some painful parts. my skin is clean but very irritated and red. the massage was traumatic, and my muscles hurt 100 times more when i left than when i arrived. it hurt so bad it brought me to tears, and this was after i asked the masseuse to be gentle.

Great Customer Service, Great Mani and Pedi out of everywhere I've been so far in the city! – From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Very affordable, even on the weekends. A must! The greatest component - There are open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm!

Best Massage anywhere, very clean – I am so happy to have this multi service spa in my neighborhood. My problem is that I never have enough time to do all the things I want to do at one time. The special combo massage and facial for $99.00 is to die for. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable.
Great new spa in the East Village!! – I am very excited to have made Renew & Relax my new neighborhood spa. It just opened recently, and I'm already a loyal customer. Upon first glance, it appears to be primarily a new nail salon. However, after getting a personal tour from the owner, I was pleased to discover manis and pedis are just the beginning.
