Made an appointment for adhd testing and was told to go to salem on the phone during my starting appointment. The salem office was closed and when I called the office they told me they had no evidence of the call and would that i would be charged for missing the appointment. The office refused to acknowledge they made a mistake and when asked to speak to the boss or manager the girl on the phone became upset and said her boss would agree with her. Great experience with Renew Psychiatry Services. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. The provider took the time to listen and explain treatment options clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality mental health care.
Experience with both Salem and Daleville offices: Do not waste your time and money going here. They will be completely uncommunicative and difficult, then gaslight you about sending invoices or reminders/appointment times they *never* sent and you have *no record* of ever receiving. Who knows, maybe their system is broken and they truly think they've sent something they didn't send or said something they didn't say.
