Just top notch service! Timely, friendly, reasonable pricing...and QUICK service. When you have a clogged sink, you need someone NOW and that is what they did, they came the same day, did a spectacular job and made my life so easy. Just so kind and considerate when he came out. Renew Plumbing did a great job for me. Timely, quick and reasonable. And I really loved that David was willing to show me how to fix the problem myself if it should crop up again.
We had a leaking hot water heater on Christmas Eve. I called for an appointment and they were extremely accommodating. They came out first thing on the 26th. We feared the worst. Nothing like spending a couple thousand dollars right after the holidays on a water heater. After about 5 minutes of being there, Dave had diagnosed and began fixing the issue. The parts were on the truck and after 20 minutes he was all done. The definitely made a client for life. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks so much!
EXCELLENT AND PROMPT SERVICE! I called another service first and didn't get a call back immediately as sludge had come up in our shower. I needed service on a Sunday for this so I then called Renew based on the A grades indicated on Angie's List and the phone was answered; a quote was given to me for the call and hourly rate; and Dave came out within the hour. I put off replacing a water heater at my business because I was afraid of the cost. I called Dave, he came to look at it, and within moments told me it was very much fixable. After getting the part, it was fixed in 10 minutes. For a ten dollar part, my problem was fixed. He saved me hundreds, and I can't say all plumbers would do that for me. Thanks Dave!!
