I have wound up calling Renew for service twice within six months. Once for a toilet issue and once for a shower fixture that broke. They are very fast, very fair, really completely awesome. Thoroughly recommend. Best service I have had for home services in five years in Bend.
Excellent same-day service for our sewage pump backup. David and Josh upgraded our pump at a reasonable price and were professional throughout. Highly recommend Renew Plumbing Services for their quick response and quality work!
Another 5 star review from me! Zane rolled up right around when they said he would. Within 15 or 20 minutes he fixed the adapter on my sink and was on his way to the next job. I felt I was charged a fair rate given other companies I called 1. Weren't as helpful on the phone and 2. Wanted twice the costs for the same work! I will be reaching out to your company again only you folks if I need plumbing needs in the future. Thanks for doing a 5 star job.
Josh was able to repair a bent copper pipe, which was why the lower part of the tub spout was not flush against the wall, with a gap large enough to insert the tip of my pinky finger. Now it looks good as new! I appreciate Josh's expertise and a "At your service with a smile" demeanor. Thank you, Josh! I will make Renew Plumbing my Number One go-to business for all my plumbing needs.
Stellar service. Dave was awesome. He was able to quickly identify the reason for a dripping noise, that ended up not being a leak, and validate that we didn't have any water damage. Thorough, professional, kind and willing to share his knowledge. Thank you!
