I had appointment here and needed to reschedule due to I wouldn't have enough time to make it to my mri appointment. When the women called me back she was rude and hateful and demanding to know why I wanted to reschedule. I then decided to just cancel and go somewhere else. If this is how they are over the phone and never even been there I wasn't chancing how they be with the actual physical therapy.
