While our apartment is cute and I love the historic vibe, there has been an onslaught of issues almost every single week. We submit maintence requests frequently and they’re rarely 100% resolved- not at the fault of the maintence workers, I just think it’s an old building. We rarely have proper hot water and it’s definitely had the “landlord special” paint job. I’d love this place if things worked properly.
