While our apartment is cute and I love the historic vibe, there has been an onslaught of issues almost every single week. We submit maintence requests frequently and they’re rarely 100% resolved- not at the fault of the maintence workers, I just think it’s an old building. We rarely have proper hot water and it’s definitely had the “landlord special” paint job. I’d love this place if things worked properly. The creaky wood floors are a bit much
This place sucks! I moved in back in July and have regretted that decision ever since. Maintenance requests take forever and are not done right a good majority of the time. I was without hot water in my bathroom for nearly 4 months, there was a hole in my wall for nearly 4 months, the floor has exposed and slightly raised nails (very fun to step on), while also only offering 2 windows that barely let any light into this place. Good people sad we didn’t get to live there because of some past issues. But they are very nice. Chandler is a good person and very nice to work with.
Chandler was very informative and pleasant. He was very patient and answered all of my questions in detail and politeness. I felt comfortable speaking with him.
