I've lived here for 6 months now and we love it! The dog park belongs to our complex but everyone in the neighborhood are welcomed! I moved from our of state however my leasing agent Chandler made the whole process from my leasing to my moving inexperience actually enjoyable! While our apartment is cute and I love the historic vibe, there has been an onslaught of issues almost every single week. We submit maintence requests frequently and they’re rarely 100% resolved- not at the fault of the maintence workers, I just think it’s an old building. We rarely have proper hot water and it’s definitely had the “landlord special” paint job. I’d love this place if things worked properly.
