Update after 3 years: After nearly three years at ReNew on Temple, I'm moving out with mixed feelings. This apartment was part of a really special chapter of my life, and I'll always have fond memories of living here. The location is fantastic, and it truly felt like home for a long time. Damir did an amazing job! The window had fallen off, the blinds weren’t working, and the kitchen sink was draining very slowly. He replaced the window, installed new blinds, and fixed the sink—all very quickly. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you so much for your fast and excellent service!
The maintenance team has always been wonderful here. Damir is so kind and helpful, even working around my work-from-home schedule to complete work orders. Appreciate him!
This is my third review for this apartment building, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences living here. I just renewed my lease for a third year. Management was super supportive when my ex took his name of the lease (thank you Leslie), Chandler was amazing in my first year, and DAMIR always provides superb maintenance services .
