Hey! I am a current resident of Renew on temple. Aside from the market for apartments being awful, the management here is great, Leslie is a great landlord and Tim is a reliable engineer. Love love love!
These are awful apartments aside from how kind management was. I don’t care how crazy the market got- a tiny moldy studio apartment for 1.5k a month is criminal considering slc studios were 500$ a month 5 years ago for my first apartment. I moved to Los Angeles and I’m paying cheaper rent here. So much mold, legitimately made me sick and I’m still dealing with it months later after moving out. These people oughta be ashamed of themselves charging $200 for a damn application fee. They make us provide our income info so the most they have to do is a credit and criminal check and I know it does not cost $200 a person especially when these rentals are owned by big corporations. Going right across the valley is between 40 and $55
