I moved to Jonesboro over a year ago from the Cabot Region. In today's time I have found it extremely difficult and just downright upsetting trying to find a professional Counseling Center that has experienced, compassionate, non-judgmental staff that are down to earth, real people. Finding that person or team that listens and works with you to equip you with the tools needed to be successful in your life is rare. I was kind of referred here by sugar magnolia. I used to be at ar next step and when I was going there I felt like a complete loser. Now that Ive switched to Renew, my life has improved drastically! Renew helps me by helping me help myself. They treat me like I'm my own person here and they tailor my treatment to fit MY needs, not theirs, like some others. I've lost some weight since coming here. I'm down a pants size and two shirt sizes in the right fit. It feels like I've lost about two and a half tons, though. They totall... read more
Well, I have been going here approximately a year now. What a year it has been. I was forced to relocate after a 30 year domestic situation. They were recommended by my therapist I had begun seeing through the NEA Crisis Center for a new Psychiatrist. I was thrown into this establishment which seems to be run by everybody? I have been with Renew for a few years now and I can not brag on Paige and Courtney enough!! I was on medication for about a year that was not working properly and she realized it and immediately knew what to put me on to help. They have always reminded me that they are a call away and they MEANT it🤞🏽 Through all my crying spells, anxiety and depression, they have helped me so much. I HIGHLY recommend them🥰❤️
