Well, I have been going here approximately a year now. What a year it has been. I was forced to relocate after a 30 year domestic situation. They were recommended by my therapist I had begun seeing through the NEA Crisis Center for a new Psychiatrist. I was thrown into this establishment which seems to be run by everybody? If you want to be greeted with smiles and treated with compassion, take your child to Ms. Kim! She and her nurse were amazing—truly caring and dedicated. From the smooth check-in to Evalynne making the drug test comfortable, to Kendra and finally Ms. Kim, everyone made us feel safe, heard, and prioritized. They give 110% to their patients!
Renew has helped me in many ways. They offer a high level of care and convenience. Hard to find in Jonesboro. Ms Debra Harris is the best provider and has helped me so much. Spravato treatments have been a life saver. Courtney and Kendra have been amazing as well and I can’t wait to start therapy with their new counseling department.
I met Danielle when I was in rehab for my leg. She figured out really quickly that my mental health wasn’t diagnosed correctly & she realized I had bipolar & was on not only the wrong meds but too many. She had me pulled off the ones I didn’t need & put me on the right ones that have really been working! She worked with me to get my head straight. UPDATE 5-14-2025!!! I know longer go to Renew! They FIRED my therapist who had saved me!!! I am currently very happy and glad I followed my therapist!!! BYE FELICIA!!! The staff at Renew have literally saved my life! I have been through so many therapists and doctors who try to keep me sedated when all I needed was relief!! I love my peeps at Renew!! 🥰
