Incredibly gentle and takes time to explain every procedure and ensures you are absolutely as comfortable as possible. Fully explains before and aftercare and expectations. Procedure room is spotless and sterile. Heather is an artist with the most gentle hand and the utmost knowledge. Will not be going anywhere else❣️
