Jason was upfront and very communicative throughout the whole process. I had a cracked shower pan on a one-piece fiberglass insert shower unit. My options were to replace the entire shower unit which would have been an expensive remodel nightmare; or, trust that someone could fix the shower pan properly and save me the pain and expense. I was so lucky to find "Jason" with Renew. He did a perfect job. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and took no short cuts in preparing and applying new fiberglass and gel coating. After a house fire, we had construction crews in and out of our home. While there, they used our tub to clean their tools and buckets. It ended up leaving this "concretish" residue that had to be scraped off. The finish was scratched, scuffed, chipped and yellowed. It was disgusting.
