Why is a ONE OOOOONEEEEE bedroom appt 1400 that’s INSANE.
Set up an appointment to see a unit, and they stood me up! My friend moved here recently, and they say they had issues with the wrong keys given before move in! These employees have serious issues in the upstairs department. Now management and maintenance are ignoring them about maintenance items, as well as items getting destroyed in basement after rains, as well as cracks in walls in basement letting water in and windows leaking water in basement. Scheduled an appointment for a tour and was stood up. No guidance on where to find leasing office, which was not obvious at all and required asking tenants. Even tried to reschedule and they never responded.
I reached out via email to schedule a tour and received a positive response, but we couldn't confirm an exact time. I sent another email to set the tour time but received no reply. Since we happened to have a tour scheduled at a nearby apartment, we called on the day of the tour but got no answer. We went to the leasing office, but it was locked.
