Called to finally get therapy after 10 years , was on the phone for over 30 mins because and asks if I prefer female or male of course being a SAV I said female , she kept saying oh actually that one doesn’t accept your insurance multiple times , then assures me of another therapist who she sure would be a great fit has me download the app fill out all these personal prompts to then call me the DAY BEFORE. Had a bad experience with this company. I started in late January and really liked the therapist I was talking to. Had about 3 or 4 sessions. The second session she canceled do to her being sick. Had 2 more sessions and the next session she never came on line (Telehealth) and charged me for the appointment. Went to a different therapist had about 3 Telehealth appointments and I had to cancel the last appointment which was the 31st of March due to finances.
