My therapist was great but the ladies who run reception are rude and condescending and nobody mention that my insurance didn't fully cover so there was a copay and they never once soda anything to me until Christmas time when nobody has money, welp not going here again

I started coming here in August 2024. Although I was kinda forced by my former Employment and I was not ready to go to therapy, so I did not follow through, was always missing appts, no shows, late cancelation, on top of things coming up, forgetting appts etc. So in January 2025 my Former Therapist and I decided to stop therapy as I was not responding well and not attending nor engaging properly. They fired my therapist who I liked and trusted a lot and I’m sure many of his other clients did as well. He was the one to reach out and tell me, not anybody still employed at the practice. They never reached out to tell me and offer to set me up with another therapist. I hope they had an exceptionally good reason for letting him go because now I have to find another therapist and start the process all over again. Very disappointing.

I'm going to explain this to the people with bad reviews because I could've provided a one star but I haven't. the best way to explain it, you need to be picky with your therapist. I went through 2 of them here until I found one that worked with me. When people think of therapy they think "oh you just go and blah blah blah." No, just like shopping for a car you need to be picky and learn when to say, "yeah this therapist doesn't work for me." And that is what I did until I found the right one that fit. I’m deeply concerned about the recent experience my daughter and I had at Renew Hope and Healing Clinic. As a parent who has consistently supported her care and brought her to appointments, I was extremely disappointed by the way recent decisions were made—particularly the move to have her homeschooled without proper consultation.
