Renew HomeUSA sent Jerry to me. They did insulation work that is probably decent. They did drywall work that was terrible. You can see the dark picture has a line right through it. This is where he cut out drywall and "repaired it" horrible. The other pictures show paint work they did for me. One picture shows spots. Those spots are drip marks. They removed gutters and didn’t put them back on the bay window. The downspout was not properly secured and is falling off now. The gutter warranty is worthless because they don’t come out to repair. The also don’t answer. This is a scam.

I hired them to reinstall my downspout and after the first storm the downspout came down. I called and the man who answered said he would check his schedule and get back to me, he never did! I called several times and left several messages, no one responded. On the last message I left I asked if they wasn't going to fit the problem then just let me know so that I could get someone else, no one ever responded.

The worse communicating company I ever had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with!! I made the mistake of hiring them to do a small gutter job, I got the quote and gave them permission for the job. I was told that they would be at my house for the job between 12 and 2. Well 2:00 came and went, not a call or message saying hey sorry running late nothing, so I reached out to them.
