If I could give a negative rating, I would. I was promised "compassion and communication". I said I needed to be involved in medication decisions. That didn't happen. My mother was given morphine without my consent for an undiagnosed (no x-ray) leg fracture - a portable x-ray machine was accessible. When I questioned giving morphine to a person with existing kidney disease (which is dangerous) I received no response. Look elsewhere if you care about your loved ones
This is by far the best team I've ever worked with!! Amazing people doing the very best for the patients and their families. I love this company!! ❤️ Michelle is the best nurse. I trust her with everything.. she's awesomeness.
Had a good conversation with Janice about the importance of hospice care and preparing for the transitions connected with that. She’s knowledgeable and compassionate.
Renew was an amazing company to work with while my mom received end of life care. Not only did they treat her with dignity and respect, but they helped our whole family out during that hard time. Nurses Jill and Michelle will always have a special place in our hearts. Our situation was unique and communication was critical.
