Amanda says that she was "uncomfortable" renewing my CNA license. I last worked for this location in August 2020 according to time sheets which I kept record of. I was PRN the entire time, and even asked about returning to work when I brought the verification form to be filled out. I have been a CNA since 2011 and my CNA license had just expired July 2021. Amanda at the Fort Worth location refused to sign an employment verification form for me to renew my CNA license since I had not worked for this location in a while due to Covid (having to virtual school my children.) I worked for this location nearly two years before this pandemic. Wow!
