Renew installed my roof in October 2018. The roof is lifting up from the corners and over the garage. I sent an email with pics on June 1, 2020, as told by the young lady that answered the phone. I have not heard from the company and it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve been calling and the phone rings and goes to a recording. Very dissatisfied with lack of responsiveness.
I knew I had to get a new roof but didn’t know where to start. A field inspector came to my door and pointed out issues, was very knowledgeable and helped me setting up an appointment. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and was a seamless process from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.
Something about a company that ignores a no soliciting sign and goes on your property to perform an illegal inspection without the owners consent, then hands you a paper to recommend using them for service only ensures that they will never get my service. Avoid at all costs.
Feel free to contact me and I can tell you personally about my experience. Damaged not only my home, but also my two neighbors’ homes in a townhome community due to inexperience. Took 1 year and constant phone calls to RHD and state and federal agencies for them to fix the issues. Jared the owner was helpful at one point, until he became unresponsive half way through fixing the issues.
