After being a customer for about 12 years I was extremely disappointed on my last visit! There was concerns with my payment! My bank didn’t receive a request for payment for July. I was told I had to pay both payments before I could receive my implant. I asked if you could send the August payment through, I was told no. The mistake was Renew not mine. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I love the PA, Marian that inserts my hormones every 3 months. She's very knowledgeable and so gentle. You dont' feel a thing. The treatment is so wonderful if you're an older woman. I love the way I feel. Great program.
I absolutely love the people that work in the facility. I absolutely see positive things from the treatment I’m getting. However, when It’s time to renew for the year the way it is handled in a very distasteful way. Especially with those who have been going there year after year after year. I go to the Glen Allen office they are wonderful. They have made me feel like I matter and they genuinely care about you as a person and not like a paycheck. All the staff are welcoming with smiles. It has been a bumpy road in my renew health and wellness journey and the staff have been with me the whole time making it as comfortable and safe. I get hormone replacement I recommend them for all your health and wellness needs. I no longer have night sweets or hot flashes.
I've been using BHRT for over 3 years because it's amazing. I have more energy, sex drive & just all around happier. The staff is very knowledgeable & are extremely nice. I highly recommend them.
