Imagine waiting nearly 2 months for an appointment, receiving the wrong information when you call multiple times to confirm its okay to continue to the Zoom call when I am not currently in state.... (their answer was "yes, keep the appointment, it is fine").... only to get a provider who tried to cancel on me DURING meeting 3 times because I, the client, was overwhelmed by grief and a concurrent respiratory illness and fever I got on the airplane. Make sure you dont get a guy named Eddie Deherrera. He will discard your first assessment even if you are truthful so you come back again and his company makes more money. Truly a 5 star individual.
I had mixed experiences at Renew before and after the rebrand though it has leaned negative recently. The biggest problems are lack of expertise among clinicians/staff, little to no actual services and the horrendous organization and communication of Renew.
