I had a great experience at Renew. From the very beginning, the office staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I came into the office or called with questions. The counseling staff was also kind, understanding, and completely nonjudgmental. Generous, sweet souls.
Imagine waiting nearly 2 months for an appointment, receiving the wrong information when you call multiple times to confirm its okay to continue to the Zoom call when I am not currently in state.... (their answer was "yes, keep the appointment, it is fine").... only to get a provider who tried to cancel on me DURING meeting 3 times because I, the client, was overwhelmed by grief and a concurrent respiratory illness and fever I got on the airplane. You guys are such a joke and the counselors are nothing but rude and disrespectful to children do not take your kids here pull them all out now
Make sure you dont get a guy named Eddie Deherrera. He will discard your first assessment even if you are truthful so you come back again and his company makes more money. Truly a 5 star individual.
