We had Renew Exteriors do extensive work at our home in Kensington on Talmadge, in fact they have used a picture of our home, without our knowledge on their website. I have called them 3 times to come back for a repair and have not received a return phone call. We are huge in follow up and it looks like Renew doesn't believe in that. We do not want the work done for free, we are happy to pay for it. Very unhappy, if we knew this is how they handle their customers, we wouldn't have used them.
