Very good to deal with, called them for a quote for solar hot water system they came over for a site inspection immediately (i called others, they dont do site visits, will just quote you via a satellite pic) and their quotes if you read the fine print, lots of potential for additional cost. I recently purchased a Rheem AmbiPower Heat Pump from Renew Energy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I asked them to remove my old solar hot water system from the roof and install the new heat pump at ground level. On the day of installation, it was pouring with rain, and I was worried the job might have to be postponed. Steve reassured me that everything would be taken care of, and if the old system couldn’t be removed safely in the rain, he would return on a dry day to complete the work. It was very smooth working with Renew to install solar panels and batteries. From the initial quote through to installation, communication was effective and efficient, and they dealt with all the applications for rebates. The installers were good, found solutions to issues that developed on the day, were happy to answer all my questions and cleaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend.
