Always a happy and welcoming staff. Great facials, hair services and massage....only wish I could be there more often.
I love this place. The girls that work here are great and are very warm and friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. I have always gotten the shellac manicure here . They do a great Job every time, have never been disappointed with how my nails have turned out, If you are a first timer here and want to get your nails done then I highly recommend Lisa she is great and has always done an outstanding job:) I'm looking forward to coming here again:).
I get all my spa services done here and everybody is so sweet and knowledgable. I always feel very relaxed when I leave. Also, the best pedicure I've ever had! This is the the place to go on the island for spa and hair.
I have been going to Renew for about 5 years now and have always had a positive experience! I normally just get a wax and Ali always listens to my comments about shaping/thickness, etc. I would recommend (and do!) all of the renew staff for your service needs
My sister is in from out of town so I let her pick a place to get her hair done my treat. She made an appointment for to get her hair done with kelli at renew she was also going to possible get a facial if the timing worked out. Her experience was a disaster, she came back with a look she was not comfortable with and in tears. she said Kelli was very pretentious and rude to her, didn't listen to her and was aloof and made embarrassing remarks. Not the experience one should leave with after the day at the spa.
