Friendly staff and excellent location on Bainbridge Island. I had my first sugaring appointment with Ali. She is very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and was fun to talk to. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning.

First time I went to the salon for a trim on my pixie I was growing out, I had a great cut. Second time I asked for a bang trim where we discussed where to cut them. Ended up with nubby bangs an inch and a half shorter than requested. They were not blended into the rest of the hair. An odd chunk was cut out of my hair that the stylist commented "this just doesn't work for me", then was unable to fix it. I have to pin my bangs to the side for a few months as they grow back out again.
