This woman did an amazing job on my carpets! Not only that she had her children with her- teaching them how to get up and appreciate hard work! Such an amazing role model to them! Would recommend this company to everyone! You can see she setting the bar high for not only other companies but also raising her kids right!

Don’t know how they are as a cleaning service, but I certainly would not want someone in my home that isn’t the person cleaning/an employee. I just watched someone from this company bring their child to the apartment complex I live in to clean an apartment. EDIT: I’m guessing the owner/employee saw this, because they came back the next day to rip out the carpets, and this time they brought a teenage son with them, and honked their train horn (so loud it made us jump from inside our apartment) while leaving our apartment comp... read more

Cortney did an observation of the chair and carpet, explained what was needed, went right to work, and completed the job by making the chair look and smell new and carpet stain-free.

I have used several companies that could not get my carpets clean from my pets accidents. I called renew and my carpets are like brand new! I couldn’t be more impressed or happy with the service. I am so grateful for finding my permanent carpet cleaning company!
