Dr Ibraheem was awful. I tried to explain to him why certain meds weren’t working for me and instead of listening he sent me to the emergency room because it was more convenient for him. He tried to prescribe TMS which I’m sure is his solution for everyone and all it would have done was make me manic. I could go on and on but I won’t. Just be careful with this doctor. Horrible customer service!!! Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time calling trust me.
I’m honestly surprised at some of these reviews. I had an IME appointment for EDD here. I was extremely nervous because I’ve had horrible, invalidating experiences with psychiatrists in the past. However, the staff was really friendly and the dr that saw me listened and asked the right questions. I was seen about 20 minutes after my appointment time, but that’s not too bad for these types of appointments. Thank you Renew Behavioral Health for providing excellent patient care.
Doctor Maximus didn't bother to interact in a doctor patient dialogue, had me do a sobriety test and refused to make recommendations or advise. Stay away!
