Great Doctor, He took time and understood my needs. Monika is a great nurse and assistant to Dr. O'Connell.
This is the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with. For one, their land line barely works, and they're always breaking up whenever I try talking to somebody there. Either that or nobody picks up, or it goes straight to voicemail. In order to talk to anybody, I had to get the nurse's cell phone number. That's very fishy to begin with... why can't you get your land line fixed after several months? Trying to hide from someone?
