It’s very sad. I can’t give a 10 star review! Renew automotive services, is hands down the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. I was going on a call and a screw went in my tire. I walked in and Angela (the owner) welcomed me and assured me that we will take care of this as soon as possible. Angela and Richard are awesome, super honest people, this is the only mechanic I fully trust.
I had a great experience with Renew Automotive. It’s a family-owned shop and you can tell right away—they’re honest, straightforward, and actually care about taking care of their customers. I came in for tires and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no upselling, just solid advice and fair pricing. It’s hard to find shops you can really trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good people who do quality work.
He helped us with my wife’s 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and had it turned around incredibly fast — we were able to pick it up the very next day after dropping it off. The communication was clear, the work was done right, and the process was smooth from start to finish. What really stands out is his integrity.
