The built in bookshelves are not worth it!! I never leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. The apartment looked cute at first, but it was disgusting when I moved in — hair in the drain, grime in the bathroom, even an old soap bar stuck in the tub. Management is unresponsive and full of excuses about “system errors.” My microwave broke in December and wasn’t replaced until April. I’m a new tenant in the building and I love the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will not get what you pay for. I moved in in March. Still here on the one year lease. I could write a diatribe but I'll keep it concise. I told them before moving in the reasons I was. I wanted garage parking (I couldn't get a working garage door opener for over a month.) I told them I wanted to use the Jacuzzi at the apartment gym. i don want to contact the management via google review every time.but so far it seems the only effective way to get their attention. i just want to get the refund my security deposit. that's soooo dispointment! i have deleted the bad review twice when they contact me via phone. i hope this is the final one. I’m not a harsh or mean-spirited person, but honestly, at this level of efficiency, you might as well just tie a dog to the office door — it would get the same results.
