We had a very disappointing experience with Renew. A hole around the doorknob had already been there when we first moved in. We even reported and uploaded photos of it to the Residence Portal at the beginning of our tenancy, so there was clear documentation that this was not damage caused by us. However, when we moved out, we were charged for this damage as if we had caused it. We contacted Renew and asked them to double-check the charge, but we never received a response.
