Put your money toward rent elsewhere. The front desk, especially Brittany, does a great job at ignoring residents. I called the front desk to request a repair. They told me to put it through maintenance portal and someone would get back to be in 3 days. The portal was broken, so I sent an email. After 4 days I sent a follow up email. No response. They purposely ignored me before a Holiday so they didn’t have to deal with resident requests. It is always a fight to get any repairs done. I recommend the Villas next door.
They don’t like me. I am not sure whether anyone actually lives here. I just wanted to get away from my sadistic parents. I like the apartment. I like me the clubhouse. I liked the pool, small as it was. I like the location, close to the mall, many good stores and restaurants. But I see different staff members in the office and on the maintenance team every few months. I just wanted adults to act like adults. Otherwise this place would be perfect.
I'm giving this place 5 stars because I genuinely want more people to experience what I've experienced. Good things should be shared. When I heard the property had changed management, I was optimistic and decided to move back. During the application process, Brittany was incredibly responsive and helped me get approved quickly.
