There are some great doctors and therapists in Ephrata but all of the offices with great providers are staffed by some of the worst schedulers we have ever experienced. Staff at Renew rarely answers the phone and doesn't return calls for several days.

Maria is the best. She has truly tried to make a connection with my son. He enjoys going to her. He's only 4 and doesn't trust very many people
They don't answer there phone when you call to get help. I won't waist my time trying to get to them. They are a joke.
Friendly and caring staff. Worked hard to help reduce my payments.
