Really disappointing experience with Luis. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately I won't be returning. The appointment felt rushed, there wasn't much communication throughout the service, and the final result wasn't what I had asked for. For the amount salons charge nowadays, I expect a certain level of attention to detail and customer service. I had a wonderful experience at Rene’s Beauty Salon for my recent eyelash lift. The aesthetician had a gentle touch and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was obvious she was experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. She used quality products that didn’t irritate my skin at all, and so far my lashes look beautiful. This salon is STILL open. It is not closed. Luis is the WORST hairdresser I have ever seen. I asked for long layers and curtain bangs, he completely ignored me and ruined my hair. My bangs were completely uneven. He got them extremely short, my bangs were above my eyebrows. The WORST part he didn't even frame the bangs to my face, he cut them STRAIGHT-DOWNWARD.
