I have previously purchased items from Renegade and have always been happy with the price and service. Recently, the 3-piece bed hard cover on my truck separated, and I could not determine how to reconnect one of the pieces. Anthony and another employee was not familiar with the brand of the cover - they spent a little bit of time with it and was able to determine how to get the piece reconnected. I’m giving Renegade Truck Accessories 4 stars instead of 5 based on my experience with Mike repeatedly telling me that the TruXedo TonneauMate Tool Box (TRX-1117416) wasn’t compatible with the RetraxPRO XR Tonneau Cover (RTX-T-80232) I purchased. I tried explaining that I’ve had this exact same setup on both my 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie and my 2023 Ram 3500 Longhorn Edition, but he insisted that it would require modifications and holes to be drilled in my truck bed to make it fit.
