Multiple interactions over the years leads me to believe the staff at Renegade Rentals is completely incompetent.

We love Renegade! They go above and beyond and have bent over backwards for our construction company.
I love the delivery and pickup service! They've never let me down, when I need equipment they get it there!
Awful customer service. Dropped a chain saw off to be fixed. Got it home and it didn't work. Brought it back and employees where rude and tried to say it was my fault it wasn't fixed correctly. I will never have anything services here again.

After reviewing your work order your chainsaw works fine but you were unclear about whether you wanted it sharpened or not. Our employees have the chain and are sharpening it free of charge. We apologize you had a bad experience.
