From the *** down to the multiple agents you will have throughout the year, this company is incompetent, unreliable, and remarkably frustrating to deal with. They are the worst insurance agent ever!!! They started our policy from Cover Whale which is another worst company to work with, and never updated our policy for months, didn't process our refunds, every time we called the person in charge has changed in Renegade, had to deal with 6-7 different people in 6 months and explain everything from the beginning to each single person, and had to deal with their words they'll review our policy and will get back to us since they're new on our policy, and made us pay $7500 for months e... read more

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from *****************************, who replaced ******. While my previous interactions with ****** were excellent, *****'s performance was the complete opposite. Her demeanor came across as condescending and rigid, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This is the worst Insurance Company, do not trust them! Agent Robert Ruiz never told me about asking a finance and he used my personal information to get one, once we paid over $10,000 dollars for downpayment to renewal the Company Insurance, he never updates to FMCSA and we lost our Authority, due to this damage we lost the Company. we contact Manager Rick Zayaits from Renegade and also the same situation, no answers, we are broke due to the damage they did!

RENEGADE INSURANCE It's the worst Insurance Company, we lost ***-MC because they never update the payment and renewal policy to FMCSA. My Company lost all the years we have work and now due to the damage we broke down.

My niece works for this company. She said it is a total " shit show". They are unorganized and can really only write in 5 companies not the 26 companies they are brokered with. She said the rates with the 5 companies that she can actually rate through are triple higher than most other companies. Renegade uses non-standard, high-risk companies to place your home and auto policies through. STAY AWAY from these guys for sure.

Renegade Insurance is a strong company with a large growth in policyholders by over 50% in the last year. Specialty is Trucking, ********************* Lines Insurance with a very caring attitude towards all their customers. They are still but they have plenty of experienced agents to get you the coverage you need with the price you want to pay. Senior marketing reps with the ability to rate with multiple carriers in each department. You will get a quality company and the service you deserve. Very competitive.

as an insurance agent I get spammed almost daily by this company. No matter how often I block the email I just keep getting more. I would NEVER use this company for insurance and I would NEVER do business with them. This is highly unprofessional. I would advise the marketing dept. at Sage to rethink their position.
