Love my motorcycle, so happy I got a Harley. The sales team was amazing, the finance team was quick, the parts team was helpful, the clothing team was knowledgeable. The service team was efficient, but my only complaint is they lacked good communication.
Chad and the crew in the service department are top notch.
I just want to say that the staff from dexter who picked me up 5 miles from the arkansas border and transported my bike and I back to the dealership for repairs to the the service department who stayed after closing to get my bike rolling again after I lost my shifter and shifter rod on 65 hwy that I have never dealt with a better group of folks at any dealership that I've used anywhere else in the country. Ive traveled alot and stopped at dealerships in alot of states and never been treated as well as from these guys! I rec... read more
