Absolutely abhorrent client relationship abilities. Can't ask a small question without being ridiculed, loudly and obnoxiously, because the question apparently offends "real bikers." Strongly opinionated, self righteous, and presumptuous. He won't do anything to help if they "feel" like you might disagree with them.
