Been here for a year now and I've gotten better results in that time then being at Gold's, Retro and planet fitness for 8+ years. Not your stereotypical gym and that's what makes it great. We're all one big happy dysfunctional family here. It's a village. We spend time together inside and out of the gym. It really brings the place together and makes it even more worth it.
