Great energy and variety of movements. There is something for everyone, and the trainers are always willing to offer modifications. Also an encouraging community. Bonus is that there are 5AM classes offered several times in the week.
Majority of my renegade workouts have been in the college area with Michael Dunn, and wow is he awesome. The energy, helpful tips, and lit playlist makes the workout go by so fast! When I went for my very first time he was really attentive and I didn’t feel intimidated at all. I definitely recommend trying out renegade for the ultimate full-body workout!
I’ve been a member at Renegade for 2 years. It’s hard to find any other gym in the San Diego area that is as amazing as renegade. The UTC location is in a nice area & super spacious. Coach Safi is one of my favorite coaches! He motivates you & inspires you to not just work harder, but to be a better person. You can tell he is passionate about coaching people with their fitness. His energy is contagious!
