Loved this workout! I never felt lost or embarrassed when I forgot the next moves. The music and vibes were perfect- exactly what I needed to have a an amazing workout. The unlimited monthly membership is also such a good deal.
Great gym to get in shape and also great instructors! I am unable to get in shape going to the gym myself so this is the only way I can stop from being out of shape
My favorite HIIT studio. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and you can feel how passionate they are. Great energy every class.
