She has done good in the past but once again didn’t book the right day even though clearly shown in text. Doesn’t respond to calls or text when checking in. So annoyed when you book an appointment a week in advance. Get reminders. If this eas the first time I might have been more gracious but 3rd time. She does a good job but I can’t count on her

I had a fantastic experience at Renee's. She treated me well and with the utmost professionalism. I couldn't possibly recommend her five star service more than I already do to others. A fantastic stylist.
I asked for a haircut similar to Shakira's which was a little past the shoulders and three layers. Renee disputed with me about how many layers are in the haircut. Therefore she only gave me two layers leaving the top layer too long to have any volume in my hair. She gave me entirely different haircut than what I wanted and cut it too short.
