Dawn and Ryn cleaned my house for the first time as a team today after my regular server retired. They did a professional job , with kindness ,respect and a friendly attitude. Ryn was here last ti But ,as a team they performed a great job that I can not do myself I welcome them in my home anytime. Thank for the good work. I highly recommend them and Molly Maids of Williamsburg and the peninsula.
I scheduled a deep cleaning with a heavy focus on the bathroom because it was never corrected before I moved in. Unfortunately they only sent one cleaner. She was over thirty minutes late. She was overworked on the bathroom so they ask could she only focus on two of the remaining four room. I agreed and had no problem with the $300.00 fee. Extremely disappointed – a complete waste of time and amount of money spent for this type of first cleaning. The owner herself came with another lady for the cleaning, and both were quite arrogant and somewhat rude. They broke our shower, didn’t properly finish the job, and failed to vacuum properly. They just piled things up and moved stuff around, leaving me to put everything back. I even had to work alongside them because they kept leaving spaces unfinished. Bathroom left uncleaned. No dusting upstairs. I had to call another company to come out next week to clean. Wasted money. No response from company. How can you leave without cleaning the bathroom? You run water in the shower but don't clean. Sink still had same crud. Ridiculous. No one should have to pay for such service.
Did not seem knowledgeable or confident in ability to do a professional carpet cleaning job. I booked elsewhere.
