custody from my mom I just have a question about how I can get custody of my daughter from my mom who I think is not doing a so called care of my daughter. She has gaurdingship of her but I just think she not doing a fair job of taking care of her, but my daughters mom can't be found for some odd reason why. so can you let me know what I can do so I can get this started right away. Crooked Control Freaks At This Office They don't abide by laws, they bend them. They don't represent kids best interests, they represent their own. If you expect them to communicate with you - they won't/don't and screw you every way they can. Stay far away from these crooks. Guardian ad Litems here are a joke and must be a 1st cousin to the Judges in this area. Worst you could ever do here!
