Renee is a very skilled massage therapist. I am a busy hairstylist who struggles with tense traps, back, neck and legs. She has done deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and micro current techniques to help restore movement and help relieve muscle pain. As well as taught me about deep breathing while performing relaxing massage when I just want to chill out and decompress. She is very knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations every time.
