I found Alliance. By accident after a recent knee injury. This has been a unique and excellent experience. Renee immediately Welcomes you into the exercise studio and coordinates a personalized exercise plan suited to your injury. She works with other staff members so that you are continuously moving in a variety of unique exercises. You are never just laying on a table waiting for attention.
