Dr. Patel's office itself may be fine, but Optum is the WORST. Wish she wouldn't have "gone corporate". Optum = single worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Is there an option for zero stars?
Anyone have the address to new location? I haven't been back in a long while and didn't realize they have closed.
Excellent service, Dr Renee is very kind.
I met Neil initially. He was very kind very informative. He was one to set up the appointment then I I literally showed up the next day. I met Dr. Patel. She was the one who removed the cyst. They did a great great job. They were very kind actually had a good sense of humor distracted me so I wouldn’t have any pain. I would recommend them 100% excellent clinic, great work very kind very sympathetic and they do a really good job. A picture of the cyst I had before it was drained. Thank you. Paul Penalba
She is very smart and knows the ins and outs of her office, she knows patients by their names and remembers them. I really like her as my doctor. I have complex diseases and she is helping me to get a treatment plan and linking me to the right specialists.
