Dr. Caputo is what a doctor should be! Kind, caring, empathic professional who puts her patients first. She discusses the plan of care with the patient and involves the patient in the decision making of their own care.
I was very comfortable with everyone there. Dr.Caputo was very personable and answered all my questions and explained everything. I have had interstitial cystitis for 10 years and previously been a patient of several IC specialists. Dr caputo is among the best for treatment of Interstitial cystitis and is very knowledgeable about how to handle flares. Her staff can get me in within 1 day if I'm having severe issues.
Dr. Caputo and her staff are awesome! I have suffered with pelvic floor dysfunction for about a year. They have me on the right path now. I have seen so many doctor's had so many test . I seen Susan first and she found my issue in the first visit. Dr. Caputo and Susan have been so knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Caputo. She is very caring, she really does care about her patients. They have been my angels!! Her staff are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable.
Dr Caputo is amazing. She listened to my concerns answered my questions and even more importantly she didn't rush through my appointment. She is relaxed and definitely knows what she is doing. I love her demeanor and trusted her to do my surgery. If there were 10 stars I'd be giving her 10. I recommend Dr Caputo to my family and friends. Many are already familiar with her name and reputation as an excellent physician.
