Dr. Caputo provided a comfortable atmosphere for the exam. Her approachability made it easy to ask questions. The staff were efficient, and I was in an exam room in less than 15 minutes after arrival.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Caputo, and I can tell she is very invested in research and new ideas surrounding IC treatment plans. I felt very seen and heard because she asked a lot of questions and also gave a lot of explanation, which meant a lot to me. I did not feel like she was just going to throw a random medicine at it, but instead she offered a solution to target the specific symptoms I’m experiencing.
She is very knowledgeable, professional and also friendly. She is my Gynecologist but I have not had to see her until today. She did my prolapse surgery in 2017 and I continued to see her until she moved and is now a member of Central Ohio Urology Group. My therapist that was treating me and giving me exercises to do for possibly a pelvic organ prolapse, she recommended I see my Gynecologist. She has always been an excellent doctor. Dr. Caputa was knowledgeable, caring, and showed real concern. Took the time to explain what was going on with my body and explained with diagrams what she was going to do in surgery. She gave percentages for recovery and permanent fixes.

Truly, Dr. Caputo is an expert in the field of IC or ‘interstitial-cystitis’ and female pelvic health. At the time I was suffering with IC symptoms and pelvic floor pain, I did not know what was happening to my body. I was very nervous.
