Walked in, seen my dress, tried it on and it was PERFECT. Wore it to the ball last night. Have to also mention how nice the ladies working there were.
Bought my wedding gown here last year and the staff was super helpful! Went back to get a Mardi Gras gown today and had another great experience! Staff is super friendly and attentive! I will continue to shop here! Thanks again!
The service was wonderful. I am very picky like most of us ladies are. They never made me feel rushed. I tried on so many dresses. I loved them all everyone of the dress was so unique. I was helped to find the perfect one. If you are looking for that special dress this is the shop.
I called ahead to ask about flower girl dresses and was told they had sample dresses and to look online. Since I'm not in the Fairhope area every day I decided to stop by just to see what they had. I then walk in and ask where flower girl dresses may be and was told they don't have ANY out until after Mardi Gras... not sure why the first girl I talked to didn't just tell me that! Biggest waste of time in my life 😡
I went in to find a Mardi Gras gown and their selection was awesome. So was the customer service. I found a fun dress and the price was totally within my budget. So much fun to be pampered and I said 'yes to my Mardi Gras dress'. �

My experience was okay.. I felt kind of rushed while trying on dresses. The lady that helped me, kind of acted mad/rude because I wouldn't walk out in a dress that wasn't appropriate AT ALL on me. She seemed a bit irritated with me not showing everyone the dress. But after all I did find the dress I fell in love with and the appointment turned around towards the end.
