Both my wife and I had her and we both ended up dismissing her. She gave a strong impression before we hired her and changed her approach once hired. She told my x -to sign an op-put agreement that was totally pro her x (no child support and an unreasonable buy out on the house) and has since needed to be re-liteigated on several matters. I felt she was lazy and was resting on her past reputation. I would not recommend her.
I had a consultation with her this afternoon and I explained how my abusive legally abandoned me and changed my address without my permission after he legally abandoned me and she was quite short with me and I felt like she was rushing me through the entire call. She told me that I needed to find a lawyer in Cortland county! $175 wasted on crap!
